Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Job Offer Desk (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Job Offer Desk lets you create, review, sign, export and store job offers. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, or using it to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to process any personal data you enter.

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Agency). Paid plans are currently activated manually after payment via the methods shown in the app. Prices may change; we will communicate material changes in advance. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to the offers, templates, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service.

The Service includes AI features, including an offer compliance check. These features are provided for guidance only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for verifying every offer with your own HR and legal team before sending it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, the AI features, or the documents produced.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or as needed to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. (Confirm this with your lawyer.)
